My biggest problem with Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings is that when they sail to the Undying Lands at the end they go on a normal ship, whereas Tolkien was clear that it was a spaceship. Their flesh could not survive without space protection. Picture attached for my vision of the ending.

That spaceship was to be constructed by Boeing. It won’t be ready until 2034 and probably won’t work
