2024 was a good biking year for me! According to Strava, I logged in over 240 e-bike rides, for a total of 2,170 miles and 265k feet of elevation. That was a 50% increase over the miles I rode in 2023.

It feels great to get on the saddle almost 5 times a week, to reconnect with nature in the magnificent Marin Headlands.

I’m lucky to have found a physical activity I love! It’s an important ritual for me, which helps me regenerate myself — and keeps me healthy in mind, body and spirit.
