To try something new, I rode from Sausalito to Fort Baker, above the Golden Gate Bridge, looping back through Rodeo Beach, Fort Townsend and Bobcat Trail. It was an exhilarating ride: 22 miles, 2,500 feet elevation, 1,036 calories burned — and a nice polish sausage to put them right back on! 🙂
California’s rugged coastline is filled with life, as the light, winds and waves splash over the land and reveal magical scenes everywhere you look. It’s good to be alive with so much beauty around me.
