Surprised I haven't seen anyone mention this -- it's a "big deal" for local planning -- the Ontario Land Tribunal has ruled that Ottawa's new zoning by-law is now in force (minus 25 specific appeals that still need to be adjudicated) More info here: ottawa.ca/en/city-hall...
