The completed tiny cockpit for a 1/72 scale Kawasaki Ki-61 Hein. The entire thing is 1 inch long by just under half an inch wide. A yellow seat belt sits in a tan bucket seat, in front of which is a control stick and instrument panel (turned away from camera, so no visibility) and the gun sight and gun bodies are visible on the top.

A *tiny* little cockpit in progress for a Kawasaki Ki-61 Hein. There are two pieces, the base of the cockpit with seat and stick, and the front of the cockpit with panel and gun sight. There are itty-bitty colored knobs and switches, and behind this is a clear test tube with cat whiskers in it, labeled “Norman Whiskers.” Norman was a wonderful cat, and the long, white whiskers he left all over the house are ideal for putting individual drops of paint into tiny places.
