people joke about there being a lot of fake tv but I don’t think there has ever been a faker show than the Spectrum original Bad Boys 2 spin-off L.A.’s Finest which ran for 2 seasons in 2019-2020

another contender would be the superhero show Powers starring Sharlto Copley, based on a forgotten Brian Michael Bendis comic, and airing very confusingly on PlayStation Plus for 2 seasons in 2015-2016
