Well if the stores got no discs to sell what are they supposed to sell? Empty cases? Only a stupid ass would buy an empty case. I dont see stores like gamestop or any game store that sold disc games surviving for very long unless XBOX and nintendo decides to really get in selling more games on disc

I hadn’t thought about the secondary market. I thought this was all about subscription fees. Why charge $60 for a game over its lifetime when you can charge a monthly fee in perpetuity? Our household will continue to resist this move….maybe the PlayStation 2 will be set back up.
Maybe if 15 year old games weren't still full price, the market would survive.
I don’t particularly agree with the decision for the same reason being that it kills second hand games stores.
