UPDATE AS OF APRIL 16, 2025 On April 14, a federal judge temporarily blocked the Trump Administration's attempt to end the CHNV parole programs. This is a major victory for the immigrant community! RE-REGISTRATION PERIOD: January 17, 2025 - September 10, 2025 Make sure to renew your TPS within this period. WORK PERMITS AUTO-EXTENDED Your Employment Authorization Document (EAD) is automatically extended through April 2, 2026. Use the Federal Register Notice as proof of this extension.
TPS FOR TPS UPDATE VENEZUELA CONTINUES! Update as of April 9, 2025 On March 31, a federal judge blocked the Trump Administration's attempt to end TPS for Venezuela. The 2023 TPS Venezuela designation is extended through Oct. 2, 2026.
