No more (or derided): Eggs & chips, The Avengers, The Sandbaggers, Monty Python, Humber cars, the Concorde, Bass Pale Ale, skiffle bands . . . Laugh at the "nostalgia" of someone who's never been over there, but it's real, despite the class system and Suez and Philby and so on.
