I don't have a good answer. This was the era where I was downloading all my music, or trying out CDs from the education library to rip them. Maybe this one. We played McPhee's Concerto for Wind Orchestra my first year at university. It's a strange and wonderful piece. Based on Balinese music.

It's a special album to me because my dad loves it too. He was once driving home to Saskatoon on the highway in December when visibility suddenly went to zero. Pulled over, turned on his hazards, turned on the radio. The McPhee concerto was playing and he said it was eerie and beautiful.
