The smallest, most niche joke can now be illustrated by an impossibly ornate image. There's one part of me that thinks that's neat, there's another part of me that thinks that images themselves have irrevocably changed.

As someone who works in automation, deeply offended at this whole fucking thing.
"Suffer Not The Uncontrolled Building" I used to work in building automation and I like the implication that a building without a BAS is out of control instead of just being a building like every building on the planet before the 1970s.

If that were a true techmarine his armour would be red, with the signature Ultramarines blue shoulder pad. This reeks of HERESY.
I did some work on this project in Tampa in 2005. All the positioning worked according to spec, but the targeting system was never really able to generate coherent solutions. My wife&I were trying to conceive a child at the time, so the ambient radiation was also kind of a non-starter for me.
1: Should've been an admech dude, but of course a generic Ultramarine is what the AI comes up with when prompted to make Warhammer slop. 2: Pretty sure willingly using the Abominable Intelligence is tech heresy.
