Snuck some before it had properly set but god you have to make this. Rhubarb is such a stupid vegetable, it’s basically stringy water. Just boil it down and mix with jelly cubes as if it were water and you’re done. Perfect mix of sweet and sour, honestly one of the tastiest things imaginable.
