Interestingly enough, the past couple titles haven't played on the sibling rivalry that heavily, implying that Kasumi and Ayane have reconciled their differences to some degree. This could also have something to do with Ayame's talk to Ayane in the retcon Dimensions story.

These days their rivalry has really simmered down, it would be kinda disappointing if they just went back to status quo.
