Hey @marathonteam.bungie.net there's a bug with the Mida Priority Contract [Run/Hide] 1/6 If you die after acquiring the chem grenades and come back you cannot reacquire said grenades to use in the destruction of the equipment. If you don't have access to more you're soft locked.
