It hasn't ever occurred to me to dehydrate cucumbers but I think I gotta try it, I love cucumber!
I'm going to enjoy my window sill jar for cucumber water.
maybe the fact that it's mostly water means there's less plant stuff holding the water in and it's freer to just vaporize out
