In my rural area it won鈥檛 matter if it鈥檚 1 oz or 40 pounds: the USPS is not going to actually deliver it to us. We have to drive 20 minutes round trip to the post office twice a week to pick up our packages.

So my mother and father live five minutes apart in northern Alabama but have different zip codes. My mother is considered rural but my father is not.
