How can you tell if the app works? The same way we always have. With automated tests, E2E tests, browser testing, UAT, etc. You know, the SDLC method. But, get this, some of those 8 agent's are testers! My agent's escalate tickets to senior agents or humans, etc. Just started Enterprise testing!

can you imagine having the confidence to look at the speed at which everyone is shipping everything every day all the time now, at a quality bar higher than we ever could before, and then still somehow pretending these are real questions or real problems we're facing? "mostly" technical indeed
