To be fair, full fat milk has more natural enzymes than skimmed or semi skimmed, some of which make it easier for your body to metabolize the calcium in the milk. Ladies at risk of osteoporosis should drink full fat rather than skimmed. The fat content is around 5% anyway, so not exactly high.

Wut? There's no significant sugar in skim milk. None. Ignorance as a point of pride is commonplace on the right globally.
Skimmed and full fat milk has the same sugar content. Removing fat from milk does not affect the lactose content. Lactose is the natural sugar found in milk, as we all know. Except Peter. Peter apparently does not know this.

WTF does this even mean? Is he drinking sweetened milk? As we know, by definition, skim has the same amount of sugar, because it's the **same milk**, minus the fat.

Modern dairies separate the cream from the milk, then add it back at the correct composition for full fat or semi skimmed.
