At NAIC, I was standing under this awning near the convention center on Saturday during a downpour waiting for it to pass with some other folks from the event, and as the rain calmed down a few people made a run for it. One dropped their beedrill plush! I ran after them, but (1/3)

but by the time I caught up myself and the beedrill were soaked and they didn't want it (or to do anything but get out of the rain) and ran off. So I took him back to the hotel! We blow dried him, and my other plushies kept him company...
i'm so upset at the person who abandoned it!! i'm thinking about the charmander from the anime, alone in the rain 😭 i'm so glad you were able to rescue it!!
