Some of my favorite unexpected flavor combinations: Fig and goat cheese tarts Lavender and rosemary shortbread Grilled lamb with a spiced peanut butter marinade Maybe these are common but I wouldn't have thought of them on my own without a chef's creative recipe pointing me in the right direction!
