Ready to show the new reworked location. On the left is the old location, on the right is the new location. Which one do you prefer? #pixel #pixelart #gamedev #2D #GodotEngine #gaming #GameDesign #indiegame #pointandclick #VideoGames

These give me really old-school Adventure Game Studio vibes, I love it. The right is definitely my favourite here - it's dingy and lived in, and the shadows and contrasts are used brilliantly to really sell a feeling of crumbling weariness embedded deep in the walls of the room. Very evocative.

I like the new one -- I like the higher contrast, and the angle of the bed and dresser are better.... UNLESS the intent of the game is a more chaotic, darker tone, then the old one.

New, right

It鈥檚 difficult to say because they鈥檙e two different styles of presentation. The Left one is boxed in and very old-school, the Right one is full and immersive. Ultimately you should pick, but for this art style I prefer the Left

I like the muted colors on the old one, but everything else is a clear improvement! Good job!

The consistency on angles is definitely better in the right one

They both have their charm. The old gives a claustrophobic feeling and is dirtier (in a good way), the new is much easier on the eyes and way prettier!

I think the one on the right looks better! The lighting, shadows, and colors are more appealing. However, why do the people on the floor have an outline? Are they interactive characters?

love the tessellating damask wallpaper, the change in posture in the sitting figure is an improvement as well.
