Truth. We need a little more empathy and a little less religion.😉
Except ppl are afraid that their “faith” is tenuous and get upset if others don’t help them maintain the myth.
You have to remember: people in a cult refuse to recognize that they're in a cult. And the difference between religion and a cult is (A) number of followers, (B) money. I've just spent a lot of time on a forum, responding to a diehard Catholic. So it goes.
Let’s say there are two honest believers. Earnest seekers of god, deeply devoted to divinity. Willing to bend their lives, their hearts, and minds toward service and worship of their deity. Dogged in pursuit of personal connection with their lord. And even they can’t agree on what or who this god is
