I told M about this and I am slightly distressed at his lack of eagerness about this. TBF, he didn't see the photo yet. I am hoping that the photo will change his mind.

Was the dough as much trouble as it looked like from the recipe? (Much less trouble than croissant dough, I'm sure, but still intimidating to me!)
