The only product names we know are from Walmart: Marketside Bagged Iceberg Salad and Bagged Shredded Iceberg Salad

That's great, seeing as how Sysco is a major provider to hospitals.
For all of the other parasite-linked lettuce listed on the recall page, we don't know where precisely it was sold or served, by who, or under what brand names. That is uh... not good! Every other recall notice I've covered had these basic details available. www.consumerreports.org/health/food-...
The lady behind me in line at Walmart yesterday had a shit-ton (pun very much intended) of this brand of lettuce, all with clearance stickers 😳
This was me yesterday evening - I'm very curious as to why they currently think the bagged iceberg sent to this store is fine but the bagged iceberg sent to the Walmart that's about a hundred yards away is potentially contaminated. (These are just the big versions of the Marketside bags.)
I'm glad we got to talk about FDA recall stuff a while back. I don't envy their task.
