The module has the u-blox M9140 asic, tcxo, flash, lna, saw, dcdc inductor. There is a large component with A011L printed, I think it's the rtc crystal. There is a pair of unpopulated resistors going to two reserved pins in the datasheet, I'm guessing this is some debugging port?
