It’s the total absence of the Black Sea that does it for me. The hint that what’s left of the Aral Sea has moved to the eastern fringes of the Sahara looks like some kind of digital artefact from hallucinatory stitching, but that’s a subtle one.

Even more glaringly wrong, is the fact that here the Earth and Moon are illuminated from very different angles. It's physically impossible for this image to be genuine.
Google Lens suggests it's AI. The picture's been posted in several places. Some people say it's from the Japanese Kayuga spacecraft; some say it's from Artemis. It isn't on the NASA website. It's more than strange that a good quarter of the Earth's surface has barely a wisp of cloud. It stinks.

The Black Sea is magically missing. Plus the Earth is in waxing crescent phase while the moon is in waxing gibbous phase, which is impossible lighting. This is a faked photo. With the black sea missing, it's not even real Earth. It's AI generated. How do you forget an entire sea?

I apologise in advance for what I'm about to say. I really am trying hard to believe it was taken by Artemis ii. But many things make me doubt it. Not least that there is virtually no cloud over Africa, Europe or Asia. The image looks AI generated. If I am right, the prompter forgot some details.
