The light blue pinpoint eyes of the jackdaw really add to the impression of being completely struck!
Yes, or like this blackbird on my balcony :-) It's fascinating that a preening bird always looks up and around after every single preening motion, but when sunbathing, the birds just fall into a kind of stupor!
