If this is attempting to replicate Project 2025 for Democrats, they're way off--that document sure as hell didn't frame things to prioritize "the least politically polarizing topics." It literally begins with calls to eliminate first amendment protections and dismantle the federal bureaucracy.
Oh, they do. They just don't care. They know what their voters want. They just want the graft more. So, they play "the price is right" with power, trying to get just enough to do the graft without winning too much (like '09) where people might expect them to actually deliver on things that matter.
