Totally understand the reason for this, but just to play devil's advocate for a second, doesn't this potentially run the risk of people just not declaring machine-translation in the future?

I see y'all as an archival site so I had absolutely no heat against rhdi directly from that post I made that you saw earlier. That being said, I think this is a really good decision and I'm real happy to see y'all doing it.

the issue is that in such cases people are just too lazy to examine the script and connect it to visual and sound cues or even search a word and idiom dictionary or encyclopedia. Because if they did all that there would be no point and they'd spent the same time as translating it themselves
