Cool cool cool. Looks like a heavily Japanese-inspired katakana style script as far as implied stroke order. I would construct alphabets/abjads/syllabaries in my teens and still do it now
Rook script needs a lot of letters because each letter represents a single sound. You can learn the values of those sounds here
