62. The Shining (1980) Stephen King may hate this movie but tbh it is an improvement on the source material and one of the most genuinely unsettling movies out there.
I saw this in the giant Stanford Theater in Palo Alto and it's absolutely stunning. Perhaps the greatest Bay Area movie.
