I recommend getting one of those little handled tool that catches insects in a little transparent box. A bit scary at first but immensely useful to get them outside alive while building up tolerance. It’s sold under the name Snapy in France!
but they are little cupboard panther friends who kill and eat pests like roaches! although there's no getting around the fact that those legs are a lot
Oh! I thought this was a different type of centipede. Aren't the house ones fairly harmless? (No judgement if the damage would be purely psychic)
