It’s easy to confuse *inclusion* with *equity*. I call it an 'Equity Mirage' when a (diverse) group of people are in a room together, and they're all engaged, participating... but the host still holds all (or most) of the power. 🎤 talking 80+% of the time ⚖️ making all the decisions
