... they got the numbers from two different sources using two different methodologies and just picked the ones with the numbers that fit the point they wanted to make.
I'm not saying writing with chatgpt is good. I don't encourage making chatgpt write for you. But I don't think it does some kind of magical special cognitive damage, because I don't think LLMs have magic powers.
