This is just a great failure to read the room. Anywhere where AI is being used or has the potential to be used, this kind of speak would get everyone rightly uncomfortable. You still need humans in the loop, how is anyone going to be productive if this is what they're partnering with?

Yeah, this is some terrible dystopian shit. I work with AI. I have helped train AI. AI has a lot of potential as a tool to reduce repetitive or potentially dangerous tasks. It does not have the potential to replace critical thinking skills and taste from actual people.

90% of billboards along this stretch are AI ads. 'Stop hiring humans' and 'Your next hire won't be human' along with all the insider jargon ones. I guess since tech corps lost their humanity a while ago, they're just saying the quiet part out loud these days.
