Currently using Vivaldi now but I've been playing around with Orion and Helium where I can. Some times poke a basilisk when I'm adventurous. I've also recently recommended waterfox a friend for their use case. I may switch between alot of browsers...

I use Vivaldi, and wouldn't touch Brave with a ten foot pole.
Firefox is my pick. It's been stable, safe and available for a long, long time. Also, using a different engine then Chrome is a plus, since monopoly is not good.
I use Waterfox on android and Librefox on linux. I haven't seen a YouTube ad in over twenty years.
Librewolf is my main, but I really love Vivaldi too, it's so customizable :)
Why not Brave?
I wish you mentioned Vivaldi instead of Brave, though, since Vivaldi is European and Brave isn't (also Brave is sketchy af).
I stick with Brave. It is pretty much the only Browser that is protecting from fingerprinting. The ad-blocking is fantastic out of the box. I can turn off features I don't want like the crypto currency support, URL auto complete or AI. I changed my search engine to No AI DuckDuckGo.

Mainly Librewolf but also Mullvad or Tor browser if further privacy is desired.
Recently switched (from DDG and Vivaldi) to Zen and so far, I'm in love.
What will this do about device attestation though? One day google could make it so you can only access websites through Chrome or "approved" devices.
I personnally recommend Libre wolf for desktop.
