Hmmm - do these help? The circular tray lever arm thing sits on the chrome cylinder that sticks up from one side of the base.
They're the base - there is a piece with an oval hole in the middle that joins them together to form a sort of stand that elevates the projector component. I'll see if I can find a photo...
