I built this last year, but didn't stain it, so I took in apart and painted it, put down higher-quality landscaping fabric, and remulched. Just in time for planting. We hope to grow most of our food we eat this year.

We learned so much from a course at a local farm this year. Crop succession was enlightening. I think we'll get better results in the next few summers. 2026: potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, lots of peppers, strawberries, onion, green onion, garlic, and flowers: nasturtium, geranium, borage, etc.
