A Thursday that feels like a Friday, because tomorrow is International Workers' Day, which is a national holiday in Norway. ✊️ It's hot dog in a waffle o'clock!

I am partial to mayonnaise, ham and cheese on my waffles. The mayonnaise is of course from a bag, which is the correct container for mayonnaise.

And people shit on British cuisine.

Whenever someone tries to convince me of how great Norway is, I'll show them this photo.

I guess when you're accustomed to eating pickled fish, a hotdog in a waffle doesn't sound that bad.

So curious is it a real holiday or do only the people whom work the least get to enjoy it while everyone else has to still go to work and make them food and drinks etc? Because Labor Day in America means I get to work more and lose the day off.

That’s simply disgusting…and makes ZERO SENSE.

I live in jerktown and we don't have that holiday here 😔

Waffles and hotdogs? Must be a Norway thing, I never seen that before.

can we exclude norway from international workers day for that?

zomilanovic · Apr 30

Same as in Austria 😉

The right way off eating hot dogs 😁

I'm willing to give it a try. It can't be any worse than a hamburger on a donut. Still, nothing beats a Chicago-style dog with sauerkraut.

Sounds like something I would probably not enjoy. I'd be willing to try it if it was made by someone familiar with the dish. Not an American like me trying to simulate with incorrect/poor quality ingredients.
