Big batard with organic Manitoba, a bit of rye and a hint of dragon fruit powder. A bit like vitamine C, though there is no color after heat of baking. Taste and texture of the crumb was amazing. Bread was so plumb we could not see the top of it in the Rofco oven, so it burned just a little on top.
