Errr, yikes. Reeks of "boss THINKS they know how to do the job, but have know idea" vibes. Like George Lucas on the prequels... the Behind the Scenes docs show everyone afraid to actually give a real opinion to him. Only head nods & yes, George.
Brandon confirmed he will be a co-show runner. He spoke about this on his weekly update on his YouTube channel. My guess is this way there will be an experience TV show runner/writer to bring their knowledge of show production while Brandon brings his knowledge of long form storytelling.
Terrifying tbh. Nothing worries me about this show like his high level of involvement..
I understand he wants control but what does he really know about running a production?
He said he's going to be the showrunner but they will look for a co-showrunner.
Gotta assume it's going to be a co-showrunner thing.
