The DID tells everyone which Leaf server is responsible for hosting the stream. You can add your own rotation key so that you may migrate to a new Leaf server, without the permission of your old Leaf server. Data ownership for the win!
This'll be a good test did for like apps that don't correctly handle PDS discovery
