The Chicago park district when they separated the paths and fucked it up like everything else put the bike route after Montrose going between parking and soccer fields then allow bike rentals a trapeze area then crosses over a pedestrian path Parents put up slow down flags and Orange cones

I believe that sign is a violation of the ordinance regarding blocking bike lanes, & is subject to a fine being levied against the dimwit who put it there.
