If you haven't seen it before, you might find Uniform Resources interesting - its main use case is encoding data in animated QR codes to improve the reliability of decoding via phone / webcams where you might have lossy capture.

Really cool! One thing: In the latter portion of the video is says “qtuber.com” (unregistered) instead of “qrtuber.com”
