So we've managed without any problems for decades, in that there have been huge problems for decades, but we can manage that by making no changes because the law causes no problems, except for the problems that have been caused by the law. I love clarity.

DECADES!!! “So many court cases” How many? SO MANy. Why haven't we had them shoved down our throats by the media??? If you can get thrown out of the house for calling a liar a liar, why is this behaviour ok?
