A meme about FFXIV announcing a new job action system with different rotations that will have less buttons than the traditional job action system. Specifically, the meme of someone stepping on a rake vs doing a skateboard trick down a set of stairs with a rake. In the top part of the image, it shows a character with the FFXIV White Mage skill "Glare" for a head stepping on a rake, with the rake replaced with a White Mage weapon. In the bottom, it shows a character doing a kickflip with a rake down a set of stairs before landing on it. This character also has the "Glare" skill icon for their head, but I also cut out a portion of the FFXIV presentation slide where they announced the new rotation system that has arrows connecting four separate actions in a flow chart, but in this case they're all just Glare.
