These are the types of reviews I'm not a fan of. Nusii is good but I give it a 2.5 out of 5 anyways 😅 Not knowing that they actually really hurt the business. I wouldn't mind a 4/5 because it is too pricey, that is fair on a $29/month SaaS

"Everything was great and as expected, without hidden stuff and surprises, but yeah, I'm blaming others for my own problems". You just need to check Amazon reviews to understand why democracy is flawed and allowing everyone to vote is a mistake.

Counter point: If you don't get the occasional "it's too expensive [for me]" feedback then the service is priced to cheap. Still bad to get low number of stars for that.

That sucks. I'll never develop the rhino-like tough skin one needs to handle the open season of comments and feedback.

This sucks. Aside, though, is it fair to mark a product down if you think it’s too expensive for what it is? In this case I very much doubt it is.

"Incentivized"! jeez, I shudder to think what they'd write if they *weren't* incentivized

😔 oof! $29/month for writing proposals that bring you 100x that money!

It's annoying yes, but reviews and rating are fundamentally broken to begin with. Probably as trustworthy as the "testimonials" on each product page ðŸ«
