Sienna had a terrible start but once she was at Happy Doggo, her life changed dramatically. The kindness & patience paid off & she came to understand you were helping her & now she’s living her best life. I absolutely hate seeing animals, being neglected and abused. Unfortunately, so many people don’t have that same respect and love for animals. Thank you for taking care of Sienna and giving her a good happy life.
In the current economy with rising veterinary and food costs this problem will sadly be increasing.

That is heartwarming. If dogs need homes and shelters are bursting at the seems with dogs, why do they make it so difficult to adopt? We submit long applications to Pet Finder and Adopt a Pet only to be ghosted or told our “fence isn’t high enough” after calling our references. It doesn’t square.

The coat is the tell. Mange doesn't fake a full regrow, it takes 8-10 weeks of consistent treatment, and most street dogs never get that far because someone stops the ivermectin at week 2 once the itching looks better. Sienna's timeline is the proof photo people need before they commit.
