Anyone has a right to document ICE operations, including recording what happens during raids. Document the obstruction of recording of ICE operations, without getting in the way, to reduce criminal liability exposure and build broader community support for the cause. Then sue under the Bane Act.
And Trump ‘s justice department, and or the LAPD, will not charge him. If they do, those charges will be dropped. No way can they get a jury to convict him in LA.
