Joshua Libling · 9d

The answer to all questions of the form "Would you try a [nationality/cuisine] brisket?" is an enthusiastic "hell, yes."

Debbie · 8d

Looks delicious!

Sleepy Waffles · 9d

It’s a sin this restaurant isn’t driving distance from my home

Matt · 9d

Try? They’re gonna have to carry me out of there with how much food imma eat

Hopeful Chump · 9d

You had me at Ethiopian. I'm eating anything they're making. Serve me some little piles of mush with wiggly bread, please

Linda Holmes · 9d

Would I try it? I would move it into my house.

BRAK AND BLUE · 9d

I have, in fact, already eaten the Ethiopian BBQ brisket (and ribs)

Daddeh🇨🇦🇺🇦 · 9d

Berbere on brisket is one of my go-tos

@maddogtzu.bsky.social · 9d

Looks like they are doing it right - using mustard to help adhere the rub is normal. The meat at the end looks like an odd color to me. I was thinking it would be more red, maybe even a darker smoke ring. Maybe they aren't using smoke? Wish I new what temperature they cooked at.

Chackanory · 9d

I would be ok with being eaten after death if that's what they did with me *watches it again*

Trill American · 8d

They put that Brisket on that injera and I made a sound of excitement not usually associated with food. My God today. The deliciousness of cross- pollination of ideas in this nation is a true blessing.

"Would you try --"

Norm Charlatan · 9d

This reminds of when I had considered a long layover at DFW so @miketaddow.bsky.social and I could go to the Ethiopian BBQ place

Henry Gordon Jagoff · 9d

Burnt ends over here, please.

Kacie · 9d

I’ve eaten there! the sliced brisket is excellent, but the smoked chicken doro, the brisket sambusas, and the Texas sheet cake with berbere-spiced pecans are even better

Kevin Gannon (now a Moo Deng fan account) · 8d

Yes. I would adopt this brisket and raise it as my own if that's what it took

@milwaukee2024.bsky.social · 9d

Is that curry, turmeric, and black pepper?

Seth D. Michaels · 9d

yes, I do believe I extremely would
